Auricularia auricula can be cultivated with section wood, or sawdust, bagasse and cottonseed shell can be used as the main raw materials, and wheat husk, rice bran and gypsum can be added as auxiliary materials for indoor bottle and bag cultivation. Through the proportion of various materials and the control of environmental temperature, a large amount of white fungus can be harvested in a short time.

Control of diseases and insect pests of Auricularia auricula

1. The common miscellaneous bacteria in production are cotton rot fungus, Schizophyllum, Ganoderma lucidum, Trichoderma, etc., and Penicillium, Trichoderma, shell mold (commonly known as powdery mildew), red yeast and so on. Among them, shell mold is the most common and the damage is the most serious. the diseased ear piece forms a layer of powder and makes the solid Tremella body ossified. The main purpose of prevention and control is to pay attention to the cleanliness and ventilation of the cultivation site, so as to prevent or reduce the occurrence of diseases. The serious fruiting bodies should be removed in time, and then the stone-sulfur mixture should be sprayed to control. Other miscellaneous bacteria contaminated by ear wood should be scraped and brushed in time, then disinfected with lime water and placed in the sun for 1 or 2 days before resuming management.

2. The common pests are nematodes, mites, fungus flies, slugs and so on, among which nematodes cause rotten ears.

3, the main insect pests, invading the ear base so that the ear piece can not get nutrition and rot. In prevention, the water should be clean, prevent nematodes in the water, do not touch the soil, and prevent nematodes from invading. The rotten ears that have occurred should be scraped off in time and washed with clean water to prevent spread.

4. Drug control can use 1% acetic acid or 4 times diluted vinegar, or 0.1% 0.2% trichlorfon spray otwood, which can inhibit the reproduction of nematodes. Mites are also the main pest of Tremella fuciformis. Reproduction is extremely fast, often eating hyphae and ear roots. after occurrence, 0.5% dichlorvos is sprayed on the ear field and soaked with 1 800 times 20% wettable acarone (removed immediately after soaking) or sprayed with wet ear wood for prevention and treatment. It can also be sprayed with 800 times dimethoate or trichlorfon.
