Before sowing, select high-quality seeds without pest damage, then rinse with clean water twice and soak in warm water of about 25 degrees; prepare seedling plates and clean and disinfect them before sowing. When sowing, we should pay attention to keep the seedling tray consistent and uniform, and move the seedling tray to a place with good ventilation and oblique sunlight after sowing.

First, how to grow sprouts?

1. Seed selection and soaking

Generally, the seeds of sprouts and vegetables with large particles, fast growth rate, strong disease resistance, high emergence rate, good quality and strong adaptability to the environment should be selected before sowing. Then rinse twice with clean water and soak in warm water of about 25 degrees. In the process of seed soaking, the water needs to be changed twice. When the water absorption of the seed reaches the maximum value, finish soaking the seed and wash off the mucus attached to the seed.

2. Seedling plate treatment

Before sowing, you need to prepare the seedling plate and clean and disinfect it. First, wash it clean and then soak it in quicklime water. After five or six minutes, fish it out and rinse it with clean water. Finally, put a layer of substrate on the seedling plate to carry out sowing management.

3. Scientific sowing

When sowing, we should pay attention to keeping the seedling tray consistent and sowing evenly, and do not bump against the seedling tray after sowing so as not to cause the seeds to shake and sow unevenly. The substrate laid on the seedling tray needs to be soaked with an appropriate amount of nutrient solution. Then, after sowing the seeds evenly on the seedling tray, the thickness is about 1.5 centimeters. After sowing, the seedling tray should be moved to a place with good ventilation and oblique sunlight.

4. Offer management

As the growth of sprouts needs to slowly increase the light intensity, when the sprouts are harvested, the sprouts need to be moved to the sun to grow, and water needs to be sprayed three or four times a day in the process of sprouting. Sprouts planted in winter and spring only need to be sprayed two or three times, but it should be noted that the spraying amount should not be too large, the humidity in the air should be kept at about 85%, and ventilation should be carried out twice a day. If the temperature is colder, it also needs to be ventilated for a short time, which can be harvested in about a week. At this time, the sprouts are very delicate and taste best.
