The cultivation of mushrooms should first build a greenhouse, disinfect the greenhouse, and then compost the material on the bed, which is about 20 centimeters thick. Then, spread the bacteria evenly on the material surface, and then cover a layer of culture material 3-4 cm thick, gently pat solid. Finally, do a good job of ventilation, sprinkling and temperature control.

1. Shed paving materials

Build a better greenhouse, and then disinfect it to reduce the occurrence of diseases and insect pests. After composting, it is required to be loose and smooth, the four sides are perpendicular to the edge of the bed, and the material is about 20 cm thick.

2. Seed selection and inoculation

Select the bacteria whose hyphae are white and dense, uniform, good caking, no miscellaneous bacteria and do not "spit" yellow water. Spread the bacteria evenly on the material surface, immediately after inoculation, cover it with a layer of culture material 3-4 cm thick, flatten the material surface and gently pat it.

III. Daily management

1. Ventilation: at the initial stage, the mycelium growth is low and generally does not need ventilation; when the mycelium is fed more than 5 cm, it is ventilated 2-3 times a day; after the mycelium grows to half of the material layer, ventilation is required throughout the night when there is no wind or breeze.

2. Water spraying: in order to prevent a large amount of water loss of culture materials caused by ventilation, ground water spraying should be adopted to increase the air humidity in the shed, so that the air relative humidity in the shed is often maintained at 75% 80%, so as to reduce the evaporation of water on the bed surface.

3. Temperature: the suitable temperature for strain culture is 18 ℃-20 ℃, and the most suitable temperature is 18 ℃; the temperature range of mycelial growth is 5 ℃-23 ℃; stop growing below 5 ℃, and it is easy to die from dehydration when it is higher than 23 ℃. In order to prevent the adverse effects of abrupt climate change, especially continuous high temperature on mycelium, cooling measures such as ventilation and water spraying should be taken in time to control the temperature in the greenhouse within the suitable temperature range of mycelium growth.
