There are many varieties of mushrooms. Here is an introduction to mushroom cultivation techniques. First of all, choose the right place as a mushroom farm. Then, prepare the raw materials and sow the seeds in spring and autumn. 2/3 of the strains and the culture medium are evenly mixed and sown in the mulching film, 1/3 of the strains are sown on the surface, compacted, grass is put out, the mulching film is covered, and soil is covered. Finally, do a good job of mushroom farm management.

1. Mushroom field setting. Firstly, the gentle slope land avoiding north wind, sunny land, good resources, near water source, shade, gravel and acid is selected as mushroom field; then, raw materials are prepared, such as hardwood sawdust, part of conifer sawdust, wood shavings, paper scraps, cottonseed hull, waste cotton, beet residue, straw, corn stalk, corn cob, wheat straw, sorghum hull, peanut hull, rice hull and the like.

2. Seed sowing. There are two cultivation methods of shiitake mushroom: log cultivation and substitute cultivation. The commonly used one is substitute cultivation. The cultivation time is generally in spring and autumn. When sowing, 2/3 of mushroom strain and culture material are evenly mixed and sown in mulching film, 1/3 of mushroom strain is sown on surface, compacted to make mushroom bed level with ground, grass handle is put on bed surface, mulching film is covered, and soil with thickness of 5-10cm is covered.

3. Mushroom farm management. More than 50 days after sowing, hyphae can grow all over the mushroom bed. At this time, it is necessary to pack in time, remove the soil covered on the plastic film, open the plastic film, remove the straw, cover the plastic film, immediately arch the curtain, keep 7-10 days without turning, and promote the hyphae to resume growth. After packing for 7-10 days, open the straw curtain in the morning and evening every day, open the plastic film, ventilate, absorb the water in the bed area with sponge in time, remove the diseased mass, do a good job of disinfection treatment, cover the plastic film and straw curtain after ventilation for 2 hours, and promote the hypha color conversion. The color conversion period generally lasts more than 20--30 days, and the fruiting period can be entered when the bed surface turns brown.
