There are many kinds of mushrooms. The cultivation technology of Agaricus bisporus is introduced here. First of all, it is necessary to build a mushroom shed, and then prepare cow dung and straw for high-temperature composting and fermentation in August. Then, spread fresh wheat straw on the mushroom bed, then spread the fermented culture material, and then spread the bacteria evenly on the material surface. Finally, do a good job in the management of the mushroom shed.

1. Build a mushroom shed

It can be cultivated directly on the ground, or a plastic greenhouse can be built, or the old house can be rebuilt. Then prepare cow dung and straw, prepare materials in August and compost at high temperature; if it is cultivated directly on the ground, one-time material preparation should be successful, not secondary fermentation; if it is a plastic greenhouse or the transformation of old houses, use secondary fermentation technology.

2. Strain cultivation

First of all, spread a layer of fresh wheat straw 3 cm thick on the mushroom bed, and then spread the fermented culture material evenly on the mushroom bed with a thickness of 15-20 cm, and then spread the bacteria evenly on the material surface, gently compacting and leveling it. About 15 days after sowing, when the mycelium basically grows full of material layer to cover the soil, it is better to choose soil with good water absorption, with aggregate structure, many pores, wet non-stick and dry non-stick.

3. Mushroom shed management

Agaricus bisporus is slightly alkaline, the ph value of culture material is adjusted to 7.5-7.8, the ph value of overlying soil layer should be between 8-8.5; the temperature range of mycelial growth is 10: 32 ℃, the suitable temperature is 24: 28 ℃, the suitable temperature of fruiting body is 10: 24 ℃, the suitable temperature is 14: 20 ℃, and the relative air temperature of mushroom room is about 90%. In order to maintain good ventilation, basically no light is needed.

4. Pest control

Culture materials, mushroom houses, and covering soil should be disinfected, and attention should also be paid to the prevention and control of diseases such as brown spot and soft rot, and insect pests such as jumping insects and mushroom flies.
