1. Source of variety

Wuwei Ganxin species Co., Ltd. and Shaanxi seed Group Co., Ltd. were bred by crossing T483 × T746. Ningxia Jinsanyuan Agricultural Science and Technology Co., Ltd. was introduced into our region.

2. Characteristics

Seedling leaf sheath purple, leaf green, leaf margin green, plant type semi-compact, plant height 280.5cm, ear height 126.5cm, whole plant leaf number 19, male ear branches 5-6, glume green, anther purplish red, filament light purple, ear long tube shape, ear length 18.6cm, ear diameter 5.1cm, bald tip 0.5cm, ear row number 17 rows, 36 grains per row, grain weight per ear 209.5g, 100-grain weight 35.8g, seed emergence rate 87.4%. The spike axis is red, the grain is yellow and the horse tooth type. In 2015, the Grain quality testing Center of the Ministry of Agriculture (Beijing) determined: bulk density 793g/L, crude protein 10.54%, crude fat 4.06%, crude starch 75.68%, lysine 0.34%.

3. Product characteristics

The growth period is 137 days, which is the same as that of Xianyu 335, which belongs to the hybrid variety of middle and late maturity. In 2015, the resistance of crop Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences was identified as resistance to small spot, medium resistance to large spot, susceptible to rot stem rot and head smut, and highly susceptible dwarf mosaic disease.
