Last Updated: 2024/11/05, Self-made organic fertilizer generally controls the moisture content of livestock and poultry manure such as pig manure, chicken manure, cow manure and other bulk materials such as fruit dregs, distiller's grains and furfural dregs at about 50%, and then mixes them evenly with rice bran, sawdust, cake meal, and so on. When the temperature of the stack rises to 50 ℃, it begins to turn over.

Self-made organic fertilizer generally controls the moisture content of livestock and poultry manure such as pig manure, chicken manure, cow manure and other bulk materials such as fruit dregs, distiller's grains and furfural dregs at about 50%, and then mixes them evenly with rice bran, sawdust, cake meal, and so on. When the temperature of the stack rises to 50 ℃, the pile will be turned once every three days. If the temperature exceeds 65 ℃, it will be turned every two days. When the stack temperature decreases, the material is loose, there is no original odor of the material, there is a slight smell of ammonia, and the pile is covered with white mycelium, the production is completed.

How to make self-made organic fertilizer?

1. Cake fertilizer

Cake fertilizer is the residue left after pressing the oil. After collection, it can be used directly, which can make the stem of the plant stronger and grow more vigorously. Pay attention to the amount of fertilizer, not too much and not too often. It is usually applied once every ten days or so to avoid burning the roots.

2. Rotten rice water

Usually, the water of Amoy rice can be collected and fermented in the sun, and then mixed with an appropriate amount of water after complete fermentation, which can also be used as fertilizer, which is beneficial to the growth of the plant. However, it should be noted that this is no substitute for watering and should not be applied too frequently to avoid affecting growth.

3. Expired yogurt

Expired yogurt can also be used as raw material when making fertilizer. Dig it out and put it into a plastic bottle for fermentation, which will take about ten days. After fermentation, 20 times of water is added to dilute the plant, and then the plant is watered to make it grow more vigorously. Because yogurt contains many fungi, it is rich in nitrogen after fermentation, which is conducive to growth.

4. Points for attention

When fertilizing it, it is best to apply diluted liquid fertilizer, to pay attention to the proportion, about 1:15 on the line, fertilizer should not be excessive, otherwise it is easy to burn roots. When applied, the fertilizer liquid can be sprinkled on the roots or leaves, which can be absorbed.

The above is the introduction of the unique trick of self-made organic fertilizer. I hope it will be helpful to everyone.
