As a result, "Liangyou 0293" also encountered a "eviction order." the seed Management Station under the Anhui Provincial Agricultural Commission submitted a letter many times, asking the Ministry of Agriculture to re-examine and approve the planting area of "Liangyou 0293" and hoped that it would "no longer include our province."

As the variety "Liangyou 0293" was named "Super Rice" in the publicity and promotion, the high-yield song of Super Rice for many years came to an abrupt end.
