Dig holes of 50 × 50 cm deep and 50 × 50 cm wide according to the specification of 1.5 × 1.5 meters, wait until the soil is weathered before planting; weeding and fertilization is needed in summer, with daily management, there is basically no big problem.

Planting technique of Chinese fir

1. Select the place

The geographical location of planting Chinese fir trees is very important, and the foothills, valleys and shady slopes are all suitable. Because Cunninghamia lanceolata is a kind of tree that likes temperature, humidity, wind and drought, so we should pay more attention to it when planting.

2. Refining mountains to open up wasteland

This link can not be ignored. In the autumn and winter season of the year before last, it is necessary to open a good fire belt and make a green mountain; then dig a large hole of 50 × 50 cm in depth and 50 cm in width according to the specification of 1.5 × 1.5 meters, so that the soil can be fully exposed and weathered; return to the mud to plant after spring rains.

3. Planting at the right time

The planting time is usually in February, when the buds of Chinese fir seedlings are the size of soybeans and scramble for seeds on rainy days before they are opened; when planting, dig up the seedlings and cut off the irregular fibrous roots; then use dilute yellow mud roots to plant the seedlings to cover the soil and gently lift the seedlings before compaction.

4. Weeding and fertilization

In the summer of the same year after the Chinese fir seedlings survived, weeding, loosening soil and fertilization should be carried out once or twice; dilute dung water could be used and fertilized once a year in spring and summer; farm manure should be applied within 1-2 years, and from the third year, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers should be applied together according to tree potential and soil fertilizer, and weeding should be carried out before each fertilization.
