Over-processing of grain will not only reduce nutrition, but also increase production costs.

If the postpartum waste of grain is not resolutely curbed, it is likely to aggravate the contradiction between domestic grain supply and demand. While persisting in vigorously developing grain production, we must vigorously reduce the postpartum loss of grain.

First of all, it is necessary to strengthen the consciousness of loving and saving grain. We will increase technical support and capital investment in scientific grain growing, grain storage, transportation and processing, promote the improvement of farmers' grain storage conditions, develop new technologies suitable for farmers' grain storage, speed up the construction of grain circulation system, and reduce transportation losses. We will carry out scientific research on grain storage, change the concept of grain storage, change the current situation of extensive management, speed up the development of new grain storage models such as "grain banks", promote grain reserve management, and upgrade to the direction of modernization such as green grain storage and intelligent management.
