Chen Jin said: land reclamation should make "Internet +" a new force for forging the economic growth of land reclamation. Innovate the circulation mode of agricultural products, build the chain of "Internet + Tian Tou Market + E-commerce + Urban Distribution", create intelligent agriculture, Internet of things agriculture, health preservation and old-age agriculture, and promote the rise of land reclamation leisure tourism, logistics, express industry, and online stores. Promote the entrepreneurship and employment of land reclamation workers.

The "Belt and Road Initiative" strategy covers 26 countries and regions with a population of 4.4 billion, and will generate an economic scale of 21 trillion US dollars. Chen Jin said: there are opportunities for in-depth cooperation in the fields of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery, agricultural machinery, and the production and processing of agricultural products. As a national agricultural team, agricultural reclamation should seize this opportunity to speed up "going out." It is necessary to select the key industries and key areas of "going out", rely on superior industries, and make a preemptive layout in warehousing and transportation; strengthen risk prevention and control of "going out", help enterprises solve practical difficulties, and increase policy support.
