1. Soil preparation and fertilization

Tianqi planting area is generally chosen in a place with a little slope, and there is plenty of water nearby, so it is convenient for drainage and irrigation, and the soil structure is the most suitable for sand or loam. Planting land usually needs to be left vacant for a year to plant Tianqi, and after the plot is selected, deep ploughing is needed for soil preparation. Before planting, it is necessary to apply basic fertilizer to the land, about 5000 jin of farm manure is used in one mu of land, and the soil needs to be disinfected and sterilized before fertilization, and finally a ditch can be made for planting.

2. Sowing and raising seedlings

Tianqi is generally best sown from October to November in autumn, and the seeds of Tianqi need to be screened simply before sowing, which is to remove the seeds of dry plaques and to improve the germination rate in the later stage.

After the seeds are selected, the seedlings are planted on demand according to the row spacing of 6 centimeters. After sowing the seeds, cover a layer of fine soil, pour the right amount of water, and then cover a layer of straw, which can maintain the moisture of the soil and have a heat preservation effect at the same time. 3. Field management

4. Pest control
