Culture method of rose seed

Rose is a good-looking and fragrant flower. Many people want to breed it. If they have friends, they want to breed seeds. So, what is the culture method of rose seeds?

1. Seeds

The seeds of roses can be harvested by themselves or purchased online. If you want to harvest it yourself, it should be done after the seeds are ripe from September to October. After harvest, the seeds were stored in low temperature and then sown in the second year.

2. Soil

Rose is not strict with soil, but it is suitable for deep, loose, fertile and well-drained soil. 5 parts of garden soil, 3 parts of rotten leaf soil and 2 parts of rice chaff ash can be mixed into nutrient soil.

3. Sowing seeds

The seeds of roses are generally sown from March to April, so choose healthy and full seeds. Soak the seeds in clean water for 1-2 days, then wash and dry, then sow in the flowerpot and cover the soil slightly. Pour some water to keep the soil slightly wet. If the temperature is low, you need to cover plastic film, and then wait for seedlings to emerge.

4. Emergence of seedlings

After the seeds of the rose emerge, remove the plastic film and water the soil. Water the seedlings gently, do not impact the soil to bury the seedlings, and then water them every 10 days. When the seedlings grow the first pair of true leaves, they can be watered every 15 days. When the seedlings grow to 20 centimeters, they can be transplanted.
