国家鼓励农民使用科学储粮仓 每年可帮农民减少储粮损失25亿斤以上

Recently, experts from the Institute of Agricultural Economics of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and the State Grain Administration preached the knowledge of grain production and grain conservation to Lu Tingzhan (middle), a big grower at Tingyuan Family Farm in Fugou County, Henan Province. During the 25th National Grain-loving and Grain-Saving publicity week, the Henan Grain Bureau organized more than 300 activity groups to go to villages and go deep into the fields to carry out publicity on grain-loving and grain-saving, and popularize the knowledge and techniques of grain conservation and impairment. In the autumn season, a reporter from the Economic Daily walked into the compound of the Beiguan Village Cooperative in Laocheng Street, Kaiyuan City, Liaoning Province. There are a lot of building materials stacked in the yard, and Yu Tao, director of the cooperative, is directing workers to build a large shed to store corn.

Yu Tao said that the cooperative has planted a total of 2300 mu of corn this year, and the income from corn planting has declined due to the double squeeze of the decline in corn production and the decline in corn prices. After the construction of grain storage facilities, cooperatives can take the initiative in grain sales and avoid the period of centralized listing of new grain and falling grain prices. Corn will not be sold until the market improves, so that you can get a better profit from growing grain.

Strengthening the scientific management of post-natal grain is an important measure for farmers to achieve high yield and harvest. The reporter learned in the interview that with the acceleration of land transfer, the planting area of new agricultural operators such as family farmers and cooperatives is getting larger and larger, and the grain output is also getting higher and higher. Only by storing these grains well and improving the quality of grain can we truly increase production and income.

In recent years, while strengthening the construction of grain storage facilities, the state has carried out special activities for farmers to store grain scientifically to encourage farmers to use scientific granaries. By the end of 2015, nearly 10 million sets of scientific granaries will be allocated to farmers, which can help farmers reduce the loss of stored grain by more than 2.5 billion jin every year.

In order to realize the phased storage of grain, the Xiangfa Agricultural Machinery Service Professional Cooperative of Liangdun Village, Sanhe Town, Hongze County, Jiangsu Province, purchased six dryers to provide grain drying services for surrounding farmers while drying and storing the cooperative grain. Director Liang Jiaxiang is deeply impressed by the benefits of grain drying facilities. "the construction of grain drying and storage facilities can not only reduce grain loss, but also improve grain quality." In 2014, we changed our past practice and dried and stored grain in a timely manner, thus increasing our income by more than 3 million yuan.

A person in charge of the State Grain Administration said that the implementation of scientific grain storage by farmers can reduce the financial burden. In recent years, a large amount of grain mildew has been caused by the poor climate and poor grain storage conditions of farmers in the main producing areas of corn and wheat. the state has increased the financial burden in order to dispose of these over-standard grain. The implementation of farmers' scientific storage of grain and the reduction of mildew grain will correspondingly reduce the expenditure on financial and political subsidies. Now it is clear that the state should increase support for new agricultural operators, and their growing demand for grain storage can be met by vigorously promoting scientific granaries and grain drying technology.
