On October 31, the Ministry of Agriculture held a symposium on agricultural credit guarantee in seven southern provinces (regions) in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province. Zhang Taolin, vice minister of the Ministry of Agriculture, stressed that the establishment of a special national agricultural credit guarantee system through financial injection is a decision of the central government and an important starting point for promoting agricultural transformation and restructuring, building modern agriculture and expanding and strengthening a new type of agricultural operator. it is also a major measure for the reform of the national fiscal and taxation system and the policy reform of financial support for agriculture, and all localities must strictly follow the requirements of objectives, time limits and models. Set up the agricultural credit guarantee system of the province to effectively solve the problem of "difficult and expensive loans".

Zhang Taolin pointed out that modern agriculture needs financial support, and new agricultural operators look forward to financial services.
