Production method of mulberry by-products

Mulberry juice: 200 grams of fresh mulberry fruit, washed, mashed like mud, strangled with gauze and served with lukewarm water

Mulberry wine: 150 grams of fresh mulberry fruit and 150 ml of low-alcohol soju. Wash the fresh mulberry, mash and grind the juice, pour the juice into soju, mix well and take it.

Mulberry cream: 1000 grams of fresh mulberry, 300g honey, mulberry juice stirred, boiled into a thin paste, add honey until thick, to be taken cold.

Mulberry vinegar: 800g fresh mulberry fruit. 1000 ml brown rice vinegar or aged vinegar. Put mulberry and bottom vinegar in it. Seal the lid and seal the jar mouth. Leave it in the shade for 3 to 4 months. Dilute more than 8 times with cold boiled water. Drink after meal.
