Hydrangea, also known as Hydrangea mushroom, has ultra-high activation immunity and is known as the "king of mushrooms". It is a very rare and precious mushroom for medicine and food in the world. The planting benefit is high, so here is an introduction to its cultivation techniques.

Cultivation techniques of Spiraea

1. Making of bacterial bag

Mix all the raw and auxiliary materials together according to the formula, about 400-500 grams per bag (in terms of dry materials), and then ring sealing high-pressure sterilization and other routine operations. The initial inoculation can be completed in about 40-60 days, and the post-ripening culture should be carried out after the bacteria are completed.

Reference formula 1: miscellaneous sawdust 56%, cottonseed shell 25%, wheat bran 16%, gypsum powder 1.3%, quicklime 1.5%, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.2%.

Formula 2: 38% sawdust, 20% soybean straw or cotton straw, 22% corncob, 16% wheat bran, 3% cornmeal, 1% calcium calcium.

two。 Mushroom production management

(1) the bacterial bag is arranged on the mushroom rack, the temperature of the shed (room) is raised to about 22 ℃, the air humidity is kept about 80%, and the light intensity is more than 500 lux. If necessary, the sealing cover can be loosened, or the fastening rope can be untied (but the bag mouth is not opened), and intermittent red light irradiation can be taken to stimulate the bacterial bag to show the primordium as soon as possible.

(2) the mode or position of opening the bag shall be determined according to the location of the primordium. After the bag, the conditions should be adjusted to: temperature 16-19 ℃, air relative humidity 90-95% 800-1000 lux scattered light and fresh air.

(3) when the main stalk of the fruiting body gradually differentiates into small leaves, be careful not to have the plastic film at the mouth of the bag to hinder the growth, and the fruiting body must be all exposed to the air, which is beneficial to the normal development of the fruiting body. After cultured in this environment for 30 days, the fruiting body can be regarded as mature.

3. Harvest

When Spiraea leaves expand, the edge shows a large wave, the back slightly white "villi", or the fruiting body leaf color from milky white to light yellow, it can be harvested.
