1. Chengwudong jujube

Produced in Chengwu and Caoxian in the southwest of Shandong Province, the fruit is oval or Obovate in shape, with an average weight of 25.8g and a maximum of 32.1 g. The face of the fruit is uneven, with longitudinally split edges, and the pericarp is thick and dark red.

2. Lubei winter jujube

Produced in Binzhou, Dezhou, Liaocheng in the north of Shandong and Cangzhou in the south of Hebei Province. The fruit is nearly round, the shoulder of the fruit is slightly flat, the average fruit weight is 10.5-13.5g, the large fruit is 23-25g, the size is not very uniform. The face of the fruit is smooth, the skin is thin, and the ochre is red and bright. The pulp is crisp, tender and juicy, sweet and sour, without residue, containing about 38% of soluble solids, up to 42%.

3. Donkey nipple jujube

It is produced in Yanchuan and Jia County in northeastern Shaanxi. The fruit is oval, the average fruit weight is 15.2g, the maximum is 23.8g, and the size is uniform. The flesh is fine and crisp, sweet, contains 28% of soluble solids, and the edible rate is 96.4%. It is of excellent quality and is suitable for processing and drying. It matures in the middle of October, and the fruit growth period is about 125 days.

4. Xuechengdong jujube

Produced in Zaozhuang and Xuecheng in the south of Shandong Province, the quantity is small. The fruit is round and slightly flat with high uniformity. The average fruit weight is 20-30g, the maximum is 40g, the pulp is crisp, slightly thick, more in juice, sweet and slightly sour. The semi-red fruit contains 24.9% soluble solids and the edible rate is 94.3%. Suitable for fresh food, medium to high quality

5. Long-striped jujube

In Yanchuan and Jia County in northeastern Shaanxi. The fruit is cylindrical, the average fruit weight is 17.7g, the maximum is 26.6g, and the size is uneven. The pulp is dense and less juicy, sweet and slightly sour, containing 28.5% of soluble solids, suitable for processing and drying, and the quality is extremely high. The fruit matures in the first and middle of October without cracking, and the fruit growth period is 120 days.

In the east and north of Henan, southwest of Shandong and northwest of Anhui. The fruit is slender and oval, with an average weight of 13.1 g and a maximum of 14.5 g, with uniform size and high uniformity. The fruit surface is smooth and bright, the pericarp is ochre red, the pulp is dense, the juice is rich, sweet, contains 28% soluble solids, the edible rate is 96.5%, it is suitable for fresh food and drying, and the quality is extremely high.
