1. Planting time

The sowing time of rapeseed is very critical. The climate is different in different places, so it is necessary to adjust measures to local conditions. Generally speaking, regardless of the region, the most suitable sowing temperature for rapeseed is about 10-17 ℃, so we generally choose the time from mid-September to late October to sow seeds. If you sow in spring, you usually choose around March.

2. Land selection and preparation

Rape has a strong ability to adapt, so the requirements for the soil are not so strict, but for the sticky land, we should pay attention to turning the land over and drying it for a few days before sowing. Sprinkle the compound fertilizer and turn the soil over again in two days.

3. Sowing seeds

Rapeseed has two methods of direct seeding and seedling raising, in which direct seeding is to sow rapeseed row by row at certain intervals, and after the seedlings grow, the denser areas can be removed and used for cooking. The second way is to cultivate rape seedlings first, and then plant them one by one at regular intervals.

4. Field management

(1) fertilization requirements: when rape grows to 15-20 cm, it is necessary to fertilize and weed the vegetable field once, the fertilizer applied this time is urea, the purpose is to grow seedlings, and when rape grows to about 40 cm, the second fertilization is carried out, and this fertilization is farm manure. The last fertilization is to spray boron fertilizer before flowering, which helps to enrich the fruit later.

(2) Anti-cold and anti-freezing: covering the rape border with rice straw, sprinkling plant ash, or rotten fine organic fertilizer can not only increase the soil temperature, enhance the cold resistance and frost resistance of rape, ensure the rape to survive the winter safely, but also improve the soil structure. For rape fields with high groundwater level, attention should be paid to clearing ditches and discharging water, so as to avoid waterlogging into ice and aggravate freezing damage.

(3) Chemical control squatting seedlings: if the rape transplanted early is too prosperous, it can be sprayed in the middle and last ten days of December to make the plant stem stout, leaves thick, leaves fresh and tender, plants luxuriant and natural taste strong. At the same time, it can improve the ability to resist disasters, reduce the amount of pesticides and fertilizers, and reduce residual toxicity.

(4) Disease prevention and pest control: the main diseases and insect pests of rape are Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, downy mildew, white rust and aphids. At present, aphids are the most harmful, and aphids also spread virus diseases, so in order to cure early and well, and play the role of pest control and disease prevention, imidacloprid 3000-4000 times liquid spray + new high fat membrane can be used to control aphids. The disease of rape after the beginning of spring can be used to deepen the "three ditches", lower the groundwater level, remove the lower old leaves, at the same time, at the early flowering stage, the rate of leaf disease is up to 10%, and the stem disease rate is up to 1%. Spray control with 50% carbendazim plus new high-fat film.
