1. Need to be disinfected

Three days before the culture material enters the room, the closed mushroom room is fumigated with 40% formaldehyde and 2.5% avermectin 2kg according to 100m2, or ignited with sulfur, sealed for 24 hours for 48 hours, thoroughly kill diseases, insects and miscellaneous bacteria, and then open the doors and windows for ventilation.

2. Maintain moisture

Generally according to the water consumption of 500g/m2, it is sprayed one or two times a day. The maintenance of water should be based on the principle of "more mushroom spraying, less mushroom spraying, more spraying in the early stage of mushroom bud growth, and less spraying in the later growth stage", combined with climatic conditions and mycelium growth.
