However, some market participants believe that the development of new business entities is still faced with two kinds of risks: from a macro point of view, there is a possibility and tendency of "non-grain" after land transfer, and the government cannot interfere with business entities to grow food or cash crops. however, it is necessary to properly deal with the impact of "non-grain" on food security; from a micro point of view, the ability of new business entities to resist risks is still weak, especially market risks.
