Soybean sprout is a common vegetable in daily life. It has good nutrition and delicious taste. It is suitable for all ages. Soybean sprouts can not only be bought back, but also can be planted on their own. How can soybeans be grown into bean sprouts?

First, how to grow soybeans into bean sprouts

1. Spread out the soybeans you bought, and throw away the beans with wormeyes, blackening and not full grains.

2. Rinse the remaining intact soybeans, put them in a clean oil-free container, and add water to about 8-10 cm above the soybeans. Soak for 10 hours.

3. Soak soybeans at room temperature should not be too high, easy to rot, about 28 ℃.

4. After rinsing the soybeans, put them in a sieve tray or in a leaky basin with eyes. It is best to have a tray. If not, use a bucket to fill the basin.

5. After the soybeans are evenly spread in the plate or basin, spray water first, then wet a piece of gauze or cotton cloth and cover it. The bottom of the tray should be kept clean and free of stagnant water.

6. Move the whole equipment to a dark place for cultivation. When the temperature is high in summer, the cotton cloth can be ready to be watered, usually once a day. Soybeans should be thoroughly watered, and cotton cloth should be sprayed on top of the wet cover, which usually begins to sprout the next day. On the fourth day, bean sprouts are almost 5-6 centimeters long and ready to eat.

Matters needing attention in planting bean sprouts

1. Soybean sprouts must choose mature soybeans produced in the same year or every other year, rather than old beans, otherwise they will not be able to get up.

2. When soaking beans, the suitable water temperature is about 20-23 ℃, and the soaking time can be prolonged in winter and 8-12 hours in summer.

3. Soybeans are temperature-loving and heat-resistant seeds. The lowest temperature during germination is 10 ℃, the most suitable temperature is 21-27 ℃, and the highest temperature is 28-30 ℃, which should not exceed 32 ℃. So keep watering and cooling in summer and don't put it in a hot place. If the temperature is low in winter, it can be kept warm on the hearth or heating.

4. Soybean sprouts can be harvested in 4-5 days. Generally, the embryoids are 5-6 cm long and the roots are 1-2 cm long. At this time, Douban is yellowish, but if it is exposed to the sun for a few hours or after seeing light, it will produce photosynthesis, and a large amount of chlorophyll will also make Douban a light green, which is safe and non-toxic and can be eaten at ease.
