Early crisp pear fruit usually ripens on August 16. The fruit development days are 94 days and the vegetative growth days are 209 days. In China's east, southwest, northwest and most areas of North China have planted.

2. Morphological characteristics of early crisp pear

The fruit is mostly ovoid or long ovoid, with an average weight of about 250 grams, and the larger one can reach 700 grams; the pericarp is yellow-green or green-yellow, the fruit surface is smooth, shiny, and has prismatic protrusions, the pericarp is thin and fragile; the fruit point is small, not obvious; the fruit core is small; White flesh, fine quality, crisp and refreshing, few stone cells, extra juicy, slightly sweet taste, soluble solids 11%~14%, soluble sugar 7.23%, titratable acid 0.28%, vitamin C 3.70 mg/10g, quality. In some areas, small pieces of cork tissue appeared in the flesh due to boron deficiency.
