The leaf color of Tripterygium wilfordii is green all the year round, it likes moist and semi-shady environment, it is drought-resistant and heat-resistant, and the suitable temperature for growth is 20 ℃ ~ 30 ℃. The materials with good aeration are generally selected in the cultivation medium, and the nutritive soil can be prepared by mixing snake sawdust and perlite.

The leaves of Tripterygium wilfordii are widely ovate, about 0.7 cm wide, opposite, broadly oval or broadly ovate, apex pointed, each leaf is almost the same size and shape, similar to the "button", very small and lovely.

2. Tripterygium wilfordii is resistant to drought. It can be watered every two days in hot summer and less in the rainy season.

3. The flowerpot can be hung to a high place during the cultivation period, which is beneficial to the growth of Tripterygium wilfordii.

Tripterygium wilfordii has strong drought resistance, and the substrate can not be too wet for a long time, especially in the rainy season, otherwise the roots and branches may rot or grow weak. The amount of fertilizer required is small, thin liquid fertilizer should be used once a month, and the concentration should not be too high, otherwise it is easy to cause fertilizer damage.

The suitable growth temperature is about 20-30 ℃. If the temperature is lower than 10 ℃, it should be moved to a warmer place, and the watering frequency should be reduced to avoid cold injury. After the 3-inch small pot plant has been cultivated for a period of time, it is suggested that it can be replaced by a larger pot plant.
