It is a kind of medicinal plant, which can treat all kinds of joint pain, so how to grow leaf grass?

I. selection of sites

Choose loose soil and open land for planting, and land preparation should be carried out before planting.

The specific process of land preparation is as follows:

1. Apply rotten pig and cow manure or dregs (including turf compost) 3000~5000kg or superphosphate 30~50kg every 667m.

2. for leafy grass plants with shallow roots, fertilizer is generally not needed, but is usually applied after ploughing for the second time, so that the fertilizer can be evenly mixed with the soil.

3. After the land is leveled, the size of the seedling bed should be determined according to the topography, drainage and irrigation, field operation and the improvement of land utilization.

Second, sowing seeds

Sow seeds according to reasonable density and depth, and cover with plastic film after sowing.

The methods of sowing are transplanting of seed stem seedlings and seed propagation, among which:

1. Transplanting seed and stem seedlings.

A rhizomatous seedling is a seedling stem drawn from the rhizome tip to the ground. In late March or early April, in the plot reserved as the first ten days of April, the coarse seedling stem was selected to intercept 2 or 3 rhizomes below the rhizosphere, slightly with soil, and the tip of the seedling stem was particularly tender and weak, so it should be removed, leaving only 3 or 4 pairs of leaves at the upper end to reduce evaporation. The planting row spacing is the same as the seed direct seeding method, after setting the root, it is necessary to pour enough fixed root water to improve the survival rate.

2. Seed propagation

From late March to early April, live broadcast was made on the whole land. The plant-row distance can be determined according to the fat and thin condition of the soil, fertile 30cm ×; 40cm, medium 30cm ×; 30cm, hole depth 3cm, seeds should be soaked in warm water to accelerate germination, and then sowed with 4 seeds per hole. Cover the soil not too thick, with no seeds for the degree, cover the soil after the grass, it is best to cover the film, in order to increase the soil temperature, keep moist, and promote the emergence of seeds. In order to prolong the growth period of seed seedlings, seedling transplanting can be adopted, that is, sowing in soil temperature bed in the middle and last ten days of January, and in the first and middle of April, when the seedlings reach 6cm or so, the seedlings will be transferred to the border.

III. Field management

After the seeds germinate and grow into suitable seedlings, they can be transplanted, and after transplanting, appropriate field management can be carried out.

1. Fertilization

Fertilizer can be calcium superphosphate or compound fertilizer, can also be used cake fertilizer, per 667m 35~60kg. After fertilization, cover with soil, its thickness is about 3cm, the second time only need to cultivate soil.

When the third pair of developing leaves or rhizome seedlings are transplanted, and the third pair of leaves are produced from the lateral buds germinated at the stem tip of the seedlings, topdressing should be carried out once every half a month until early August. Urea is the main fertilizer, and mature human feces and urine can also be used (need to be diluted properly). After the first ten days of August, soil should be cultivated and topdressing twice. One is in mid-August and the other is in early September.

2. Watering

The leaves and grass like to be wet and not resistant to drought, so irrigation must be carried out in case of drought, keep the field moist, and drain water in time if the rain is not clear for a long time.

3. Weeding

After the seeds are unearthed, remove the straw or film and make up the seedlings. Seedlings, especially seedlings, grow slowly at the beginning, and weeds are most likely to breed, so it is necessary to loosen the soil and weed in time to promote the growth of seedlings. After August, the rhizome extends around, should stop loosening the soil; if there are weeds, can be pulled out by hand.

In addition, pest control is also needed to ensure the normal growth of leaves and grasses.
