Poria cocos is a common Chinese medicine, edible can also be used as medicine, Poria cocos ointment is that we can eat directly. But many friends may not know what the cultivation technology of Poria cocos is. The following will be explained by the editor.

1. Land selection and preparation

Poria cocos had better be cultivated on the sloping land with an altitude of 600-800 meters and cultivated on sandy loam soil with good drainage and irrigation, moderate pH and leeward facing the sun, and to ensure that the planting site is warm, dry and sunny.

2. Strain cultivation

First peel the surface of Poria cocos, disinfect the surface with 70-75% ethanol, then rinse with sterile water, then absorb dry water with disinfection cloth or filter paper, in the sterile inoculation box, light the alcohol lamp, cut it with an aseptic knife next to the flame, dig the cross section into an arc with a knife, dig twice in a row, pick the wheat grains at the second excavation and connect them to the pure bacteria culture medium, put them in the greenhouse and culture them to be full of mycelium at 25-30 ℃. Screening white without miscellaneous bacteria infection, fluffy dense and sturdy, exuberant and uniform growth, secreting white lactobacillus hyphae, that is, pure bacteria.

3. Inoculation and planting

Prepare a section of wood before planting, preferably those that have not yet entered the dormant period before the beginning of winter. You can use the meat introduction method of cutting and connecting, the wood introduction of the incision leading to the section of wood, or the method of mycelium introduction, and we can choose according to different situations.

4. Field management

In 7-10 days after Poria cocos inoculation, white Poria cocos hyphae can grow. At this time, the bacterial situation in each section should be checked in order to fill the gap in time. 1-2 months after Poria cocos inoculation, the hyphae did not grow on the basal surface, and there was no smell of Poria cocos, so it should be replanted. Replanting is to dig out all the uninfected trees, dry them in the sun, re-cut the wound, and attach the bacteria. During this period, if termites are found, growers should immediately spray termites or ant roads with termite-killing drugs for control.

5. Timely harvest

Timely harvest is also very important. Poria cocos are generally mature 8-10 months after inoculation. Poria cocos harvested had better be stacked in an indoor shelter, covered with straw for 5-6 days, and then spread out for 1-2 days.

There is a certain difference between Poria cocos and other medicinal materials, the main reason is that it belongs to a facultative parasite, so it is necessary to prepare materials for mycelium cultivation before planting, so that it can grow normally.
