High-yield cultivation techniques of Bletilla striata
Baiji is the name of traditional Chinese medicine, which is collected from September to October every year when the stems and leaves wither. Today, I would like to introduce the high-yield cultivation techniques of Bletilla striata.
I. selection of land and land preparation
Choose loose, fertile, humus loam. If it is planted in the mountain with good drainage, it is appropriate to choose shady slope wasteland for planting. Plough the soil more than 20 centimeters, apply 1000 kilograms of farm manure per mu, and then turn the soil to mix the soil and fertilizer evenly.
Second, sowing seeds
The Bletilla striata was dug out from September to November, and the medium-sized tubers with many bud eyes and disease-free tubers were selected, each with 1-2 buds and planted with plant ash. After opening the ditch and putting the tuber according to the appropriate plant distance, the tuber was filled and compacted, watered, and the seedlings emerged from March to April.
III. Field management
After the seedlings of Bletilla striata come out, spray Acetochlor to seal. The period from May to June is the peak period for the growth of Bletilla striata, and the weeds grow very fast, so weeds should be weeded in time. Weeding should be combined with loosening the border surface, and a shallow hoe should be used when weeding so as not to hurt the roots.
IV. Fertilizer and water management
Bletilla striata is a fertilizer-loving plant, sprayed with potassium dihydrogen phosphate or thin human and animal feces once a month, stop growing and go into dormancy from July to August, but to prevent weeds from growing. The soil should be kept moist, watered during drought and watered once in the morning and evening from July to September. Bletilla striata is also afraid of waterlogging, heavy rain timely drainage to avoid root damage.
Bletilla striata is distributed in East China, South Central, Southwest, Gansu, Shaanxi and other places. Guizhou has the largest output and the best quality.
