Different varieties of sprouts have different nutrition, you can check the corresponding query.

Second, the main points of planting sprouts

1. Select high quality sprout seeds.

Before preparing to plant sprouts, we should first choose the seeds. Seeds with high germination rate, good purity, full grains and no pollution are more suitable for planting. The sprouts planted in this way are also green and pollution-free.

2. Soaking seeds to accelerate germination

After you have selected the seeds, you should do a good job of seed treatment. First, wash the seeds in 20-30 ℃ warm water, about 2-3 times. After washing, soak in warm water with about 2-3 times the number of seeds. The temperature is relatively low in winter, so the soaking time is slightly longer, and the temperature is higher in summer, so the soaking time can be a little less. The specific soaking time should be determined according to the variety of seeds, like the familiar Toona sinensis can be soaked for half a day, peas take a little longer, usually one day. After the seeds are soaked, rub off the seed coat, then remove the excess water and drain it out. Put the seeds in a container, preferably flat-bottomed, covered with a wet towel to keep moist. The seed growth temperature of different varieties is also different. Peas are suitable for growing between 18 and 22 ℃, Toona sinensis between 20 and 23 ℃, and radish between 23 and 26 degrees Celsius.

3. Planting

First wash the sowing tray with clean water and spread it with 1-2 layers of white paper. After absorbing enough water, the germinated seeds will be sowed on the wet substrate. After the planting is finished, put the seedling plates neatly together, and then modify them with black plastic film. Generally, the seedlings will grow and grow in 2-3 days at a suitable temperature.
