Greenhouse cultivation of Pleistocene mushroom is a relatively common cultivation method, but it will still be attacked by pests if it is not properly managed. So how to eliminate the residual pests in the mushroom greenhouse

Xiuzhen mushroom is a kind of common edible mushroom, which tastes delicious and is deeply loved by consumers. Planting Xiuzhen mushrooms in greenhouse is a common planting method, but it will still be attacked by insect pests if it is not managed properly. So how to eliminate the residual pests in Xiuzhen mushroom greenhouse?

First, how to eliminate the residual pests in Xiuzhen mushroom greenhouse?

The residual pest in Xiuzhen mushroom greenhouse can be reduced by covering the outside of the greenhouse with sunshade net or black plastic film.

Xiuzhen mushrooms should be removed in time after harvest, such as Xiuzhen mushroom bags, mushroom roots and other rubbish, so as to reduce the breeding of diseases and insect pests. After removing sundries, lime can be properly applied to disinfect the mushroom shed, and the corner of the mushroom shed can not be omitted. After harvest, the covered plastic film and sunshade net will be rolled up in time, and the windows will be opened to make the air in the mushroom shed circulate. in winter, low temperature can also be used to kill mushroom mosquitoes, residual diseases and insect pests.

2. Key points of planting techniques of Xiuzhen mushroom

1. Select bacteria

In order to cultivate Xiuzhen mushroom with high temperature in summer, the varieties with strong adaptability, high temperature tolerance, high yield, good quality, short growth cycle, strong resistance to diseases and insect pests and high temperature tolerance should be selected.

2. Planting time

Xiuzhen Pleurotus ostreatus is a cultivated crop in the high temperature season. The stick can be made from April to May, and the first batch can be harvested in mid-June after inoculation. Generally, it can be harvested again in about half a month until October. A total of 5-6 times can be collected.

3. Cultivation techniques.

(1) prepare the culture material

Generally, cottonseed hull, wheat bran, lime, gypsum powder, grain hull, cottonseed hull, peptone and glutamic acid were mixed to make culture material.

(2) Cooking and disinfecting culture materials

General culture materials need to be steamed and disinfected, which is different from the usual cooking, generally using plastic frames or snakeskin bags to pack sticks or sticks directly for cooking and disinfection, preferably with plastic frames, which is also easy to carry. One cooking should not be too much.

(3) prepare the greenhouse.

Xiuzhen mushrooms do not like bright light but prefer a darker environment, so shading measures should be done when building a greenhouse. Such as black plastic film cover, or sunshade net, etc. As long as it can be shaded and relatively ventilated, it can provide a relatively dark and low temperature environment for the growth of Xiuzhen mushroom, which is more conducive to promoting the growth of Xiuzhen mushroom.

4. Inoculation and mycelium culture

The bacteria bag is opened, the bacteria stick is divided into uniform-sized bacteria blocks, the divided bacteria blocks are respectively loaded into the strain belt or into the culture material, and then re-put on the ring plug on the sterilized cotton for code heap culture.

5. Management technology of mushroom production.

Control the temperature. Xiuzhen mushroom likes high temperature, but the temperature requirements are different in different growth periods, so it should be controlled flexibly.

Control the light. The requirement of light is not high in the germ-producing period. However, light stimulation is needed to differentiate normally when mushroom is produced.

Control humidity. When sending bacteria, the humidity requirement is generally controlled at 70%, so that the surface of the culture material will be slightly dry, which can inhibit the growth of miscellaneous bacteria, while the humidity control requirement for fruiting body is about 90%.

Ventilation management. Xiuzhen mushroom needs more oxygen, so good ventilation can promote mycelium growth and fruiting body growth. When oxygen supply is insufficient, there will be bad bacteria and malformed mushrooms, so we must pay attention to its ventilation when building the greenhouse.
