When planting plants, people inevitably need to use some fertilizers as nutritional support, and different fertilizers have different effects. Some people use animal droppings. Many people want to know whether chicken droppings can be used directly when they are sun-dried. Is sun-dried chicken manure still fermented?

Is the sun-dried chicken manure still fermented?

Sun-dried chicken manure still needs to be fermented. Chicken manure is dried only to evaporate most of the water, but without harmless treatment, in which the more stubborn harmful bacteria and insect pests have not been completely killed, directly used as fertilizer will cause damage to the plant.

Second, the principle of chicken manure fermentation

The fermentation and ripening process of chicken manure is completed by the decomposition process of biological bacteria. In the process, a large amount of heat is released, causing the temperature of the chicken manure mixture to rise rapidly, reaching about 60 ℃ or even 70 ℃. After several days of fermentation in this temperature environment, all kinds of harmful fungi, diseases and insect pests in chicken manure, and even the seeds of weeds were treated innocuously.

Third, how to ferment sun-dried chicken manure

The dried chicken manure was laid flat on the ground in long strips, watered according to 35% of the weight of chicken manure, and 5 kg of starter and grass powder mixture were sprinkled per ton of chicken manure. Then turn the compost over two or three times and pile it into a rectangular pile about 1 meter high and 2 meters wide, and punch holes in the top of the pile. Then the fertilizer pile was covered with straw, and the chicken manure was fermented into aerobic fermentation, which did not need to be sealed. After 4-6 days of composting, the composting temperature could rise to 50-65 ℃. Turn over once, there is no completely decomposed base fertilizer can be added to promote decomposition, generally 20 days or so chicken manure can be fermented and ripened.

This is a brief introduction to the fermentation of sun-dried chicken manure. I hope it will be helpful to everyone.
