Take Wuhan as an example, the average area of its farm is 260mu, of which 230mu is transferred from other farmers, the transfer cost per mu is nearly 500yuan, and the total cost is more than 100000 yuan, which is under great pressure for the general new agricultural operators.

The survey shows that 52% of family farms have a demand for funds for more than a year. But now the loan term is actually short, and many farmers need to pay back the old loan and the new loan. In this process, the introduction of bridge funds virtually increases the cost of enterprises or family farms, but also brings the risk of capital financing. Therefore, modern agriculture urgently needs financial assistance for development.
