What kind of medicine can be used to eradicate Reed?

Reeds can be eradicated with glyphosate. The specific method is to cut the Reed, dilute the mother liquid with 10% glyphosate 1:1 with water, and then inject 5mL liquid into the hollow tube of the Reed Internode. Generally, the leaves will turn yellow on the second day after injection, and all the stems on the ground will wither after about 2 weeks.
