African Penaeus Monodon, also known as Penaeus Monodon, King of Penaeus Monodon, King of Grass Shrimp, etc., the parent of the shrimp is from the wild Penaeus Monodon in Africa. Compared with the current domestic cultured Penaeus Monodon, its body color is darker, the head and chest armour is thicker, the body is long and flattened, slightly fusiform, and the body color is bright. So what is the culture technology of spotted shrimp?

1. Shrimp pond conditions

Shrimp pond is sandy bottom, cement slope, pond depth of 2 meters, water depth of 1.6m, 60 ponds, an area of 260mu / mouth, a total of 280mu; sea water quality is good, adequate water source; there are fresh water sources, secondary sand filter cistern (the sand cover of the filter pipe in the reservoir is greater than 50cm for secondary filtration); there is an intermediate sewerage system, each pond is equipped with 4 water wheel-type aerators.

2. Shrimp fry

Shrimp seedlings require uniform individual size, strong vitality, good reverse swimming ability, smooth body surface without attachments, body length above 0.9cm, and must not carry several specific pathogens such as WSSV, TSV, IHHNV and IMNV after virus and vibrio detection, and the number of vibrio is within the safe range.

3. Water quality requirements during seedling release

The water level is about 100 cm, the water color is yellowish green, the transparency is 30cm to 40cm, fat and tender, and the pond water is rich in basic bait organisms. The optimum water temperature is 2532 ℃. The optimum pH value of shrimp ponds is between 8.0 and 8.6, which should not be lower than 7.6, and the difference of pH between shrimp ponds and nursery ponds is not more than 0.5. The salinity of shrimp ponds is controlled between 15 ‰ and 25 ‰, and the difference between the salinity of shrimp ponds and that of nursery ponds is less than 5 ‰.
