I. several raw materials for the formulation of water-soluble fertilizer

The formula of water-soluble fertilizer generally uses 3-10 kinds of raw materials, and the appropriate raw materials and quantities should be selected according to the actual needs.

Second, common raw materials of water-soluble fertilizer

1. Calcium nitrate

Contains two kinds of nutrient elements: nitrogen and calcium, of which the nitrogen content is 11.9% and the calcium content is 17.0%. It has a white crystal appearance and is easily dissolved in water.

2. Ammonium nitrate

The content of nitrogen in ammonium nitrate is 34% Mel 35%, in which ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen account for half respectively. The appearance of ammonium nitrate is white crystal. Ammonium nitrate is highly hygroscopic and easy to harden, so it should be sealed in a cool place. Ammonium nitrate is flammable and explosive, and should not be stored with flammable and explosive materials during storage and transportation.

3. Potassium nitrate

The nitrogen content of potassium nitrate is 13.9%, the content of potassium is 38.7%, it can provide nitrogen source and potassium source, it is white crystal in appearance, it has less hygroscopicity, and it will agglomerate when stored in a humid environment for a long time. The solubility in water is good, and potassium nitrate is flammable and explosive. Be careful not to hit violently during storage and transportation, and do not mix with flammable and explosive materials.

4. Ammonium sulfate

The nitrogen content in ammonium sulfate is 20% Mel 21%, which is made by neutralizing NH3 with sulfuric acid. It has a white crystal and is soluble in water. It can dissolve 75 grams of ammonium sulfate per 100g of water at 20 ℃. Ammonium sulfate has good physical shape and is not easy to absorb moisture.

5. Urea

Urea is prepared by the reaction of ammonia and carbon dioxide at high temperature, high pressure and the presence of catalyst. The nitrogen content of urea is very high, up to 46%, which is the highest in solid nitrogen fertilizer. Pure urea is white needle-like crystal and has strong hygroscopicity.

There are many choices of raw materials for water-soluble fertilizer, the above is a brief introduction to it, only for reference.
