If there is not too much space at home, no yard, the choice of potted plants is a very good choice, maintenance of potted plants is very easy, can be placed in a variety of environments. So how to grow potted plants?

1. Prepare a suitable flowerpot

Potted plant flowerpot must be well drained, no matter what kind of flowers, there must be a larger drainage hole at the bottom, unless it is the cultivation of aquatic plants, flowerpots with larger drainage holes can avoid stagnant water in the soil, and when the bottom of the pot can be covered with broken tiles or particles, avoid soil clogging the drain hole.

2. Lighting

The growth and development of the plant is inseparable from the maintenance of the sun, so to pay more attention to the normal culture, the plant needs to be exposed to soft light rather than too strong, which will burn the leaf tissue. In addition, if the long-term plant does not get enough light, its leaves will gradually turn yellow, more seriously will affect the opening of flowers, and even lead to non-flowering.

3. Moisture

Because potted plants are cultivated indoors most of the time, their living environment decides not to give it too much water, because there are not so many opportunities to come into contact with the sun for a long time, so the duration of light exposure must be inadequate. in the long run, if the water supply is too frequent and excessive, then the root system of the plant will be moldy and rotten, thus affecting the growth and development of the plant.

4. Temperature

Only when the plant grows at a suitable temperature can it show the best growth, and it is disadvantageous to be too high or too low.

5. Watering

After the plants are planted, you need to press the soil properly, but do not press it too tightly, put it in a place with bright ventilation and light, do not bask in the sun at first, and then pour water thoroughly until water drips out of the drainage hole at the bottom of the basin.

The soil should be properly moist, but not too wet, let alone water. If a succulent plant is cultivated, it should be properly watered after 5 to 7 days.
