Rose is a common kind of flower in daily life, which is deeply loved by people because of its variety and beautiful color. at present, it is widely planted in gardens, parks and roads.

1. Soil requirements

Rose likes to grow in neutral or acidic soil with good permeability and strong ability to conserve water and fertilizer, so try to choose neutral or acidic sandy loam soil with sufficient fertility when selecting soil. If you make your own soil, you can choose garden soil, rotten leaf soil, peat and perlite to be mixed into nutritious soil according to the ratio of 2-1-1-1-5.

2. Seed and seedling treatment

Soak the bare root rose in water for 1-2 hours, remove it and use carbendazim, chlorothalonil and other solutions to soak and sterilize at the same time. Finally, remove it and put it in a half-shaded place to dry.

3. Planting

The treated seedlings can be planted in the soil. Before planting, it is best to cut the branches to 15-20cm according to the branch condition of the bare root seedlings, and cut off all the weak branches and withered branches to prevent the occurrence of diseases and insect pests.

4. Management technology after planting.

(1) Water requirement: after planting, it is necessary to irrigate the fixed root water once, and the special rooting tablets can be used in the slow seedling stage. After two weeks of planting, try to move to indoor breeding.

(2) Prevention and control of diseases and insect pests: during the growth period, diseases and insect pests such as black spot, powdery mildew, yellow leaf disease, rust, aphids, red spiders and thrips will appear in the rose, so it is necessary to take prevention and control measures in advance and keep the garden clean at all times.

Generally speaking, the bare root rose is still very good, as long as the rose is soaked, sterilized with chlorothalonil, and then planted in the soil, water and fertilizer, pest control and other work can be done in the later stage.
