Black chicken fir generally refers to the black skin of black chicken fir fungus, which is a traditional fungus with both edible and medicinal value in China. The following is to introduce its cultivation techniques.

Cultivation techniques of black chicken fir

1. Site

Select the site, back north to south, build a solar greenhouse, indoor equipped with watering and sprinkler system, lighting, ultraviolet disinfection lamp, ventilator and other equipment. Black skin chicken fir is a medium-and high-temperature edible fungus, which is suitable for making cultivation bags in autumn and producing mushrooms in spring and summer.

two。 Ingredient inoculation

Cottonseed hull 100 kg, corncob 100 kg, wheat bran 50 kg, compound fertilizer 2 kg, lime powder 3 kg, gypsum powder 2 kg, light calcium 2 kg, Yifu source mushroom ecological treasure fungus liquid 1 kg. Broad-leaved tree sawdust and straw materials can also be used, and it is better to use local materials. The corncob is stuffed 3 days before adding compound fertilizer and lime powder to make it fully absorb water; the cottonseed shell is pre-wet one day in advance; after the corncob is finished and confirmed to absorb water, mix all the raw and auxiliary materials in the formula together, adjust the pH to 6-7.5, and the moisture content is less than 63%. According to the condition or design, the bacteria bag can be inoculated with clinker or fermentation material. Once the material bag is inoculated into a bacterial bag, it should be transferred to the germicidal stage.

3. Germ

Disinfect the bacterial greenhouse about 3 days in advance; after the bacterial bag is moved in, the temperature of the greenhouse should be controlled below 25 ℃, the humidity should be below 70%, and the light should be closed and a small amount of ventilation should be maintained. During the germicidal period, germicidal and insecticidal drugs are sprayed every 3-7 days according to the temperature to prevent diseases and insect pests.

4. Administration and Management

After the black chicken fir fungus budding, the temperature in the mushroom shed should be kept above 20 ℃, the humidity above 80%, the light above 500 lux and smooth ventilation. It only takes a few days for the fruit body to grow up and master the harvest before medium well.

In the process of planting black chicken fir, the control of temperature and humidity is very important, so growers must pay attention to it. In addition, after harvesting, the chicken fir fungus bed should remove sundries in time and fill the depression.
