Cordyceps sinensis flower is the fruiting body of Cordyceps sinensis, which belongs to a kind of fungi, which is very similar to common edible mushrooms such as Lentinus edodes and Pleurotus ostreatus, so how to grow Cordyceps sinensis flowers?

1. Basic introduction of Cordyceps sinensis flower

Cordyceps sinensis flower is a medicinal fungus combined with insects and bacteria, which belongs to ergot family and Cordyceps. It mainly grows in the north of China. Cordyceps sinensis is not only rich in protein and amino acids, but also contains more than 30 kinds of trace elements needed by human body. it's a good tonic.

How to grow Cordyceps sinensis flowers?

1. Isolated bacteria

The wild bacteria were used for tissue isolation and the purified original species were cultured.

After artificial purification and then expanded culture, the bacteria were cultured for a large number of cultivation.

2. Cultivation

Prepare the culture medium, inoculate the bacteria on the medium, and then put it in the culture room for culture.

In the laboratory, the culture medium is usually made of potatoes, glucose, Agar, peptone, inorganic salts, etc. In large-scale cultivation bases, rice, wheat, corn, legumes, eggs and milk are used to make culture media in proportion to the formula, which need to be sterilized after being packed in containers (bottles).

Inoculation needs to be operated under aseptic conditions, otherwise, it may contaminate the bacteria and culture medium and bring in miscellaneous bacteria.

3. Other management

Maintain the appropriate temperature and humidity, after 2-3 months of culture can be harvested.

After inoculation, it was moved into the culture room and put on the shelf for culture. The optimum temperature for mycelium growth was 15-25 ℃, and the optimum temperature for ascent growth was 18-22 ℃. The culture room needs to maintain a certain degree of temperature, humidity and clean air.
