1. Ninghai White Loquat
Ninghai Bai "loquat is a new high-quality Baisha loquat variety cultivated by Ninghai County Agriculture and Forestry Bureau in 1994. After testing, the content of soluble solids in the loquat was 13-15%, the highest was 19.2%, and the edible rate was 73.4%. 2. Putian White Meat Loquat
Putian loquat, one of the four famous fruits of Putian, is the geographical indication product of Putian City. Putian City is mainly red loquat, mainly "Jiefang Bell", "Changhong No. 3", "Puxuan No. 1", "Zaozhong No. 6", and so on. The single fruit weight is the largest in China (Jiefang Bell's largest single fruit weight is 172 grams, which is the highest in the world). The cultivation technology is the most advanced. 3. Wuzhong Loquat
"Wuzhong Loquat", planted in the late Tang Dynasty, is distributed in Dongting East and West Mountains, Guangfu and other mountains, especially Dongshan with the widest area and the best quality. Wuzhong loquat is divided into two categories: white sand and red sand, with the white sand produced in Dongshan as the top grade. Baisha loquat has more than 10 varieties, such as small Baisha, duck egg Baisha, water chestnut loquat, green Baisha, Zhaozi Baisha and so on. Baisha is produced in Dongshan Fengwan Tibetan Shipyard, which is named after the careful cultivation of he Rongquan, a fruit farmer in the late Qing Dynasty. Its fruit is uniform and tidy, shaped like a ball and slightly flat, thick and juicy, the meat color is crystal clear, the meat is tender, sour and sweet moderately, tastes refreshing and not greasy, and has the reputation of "silver honey pot".
