Liu Lixin, a grain purchasing and marketing broker in Dingcheng District, Changde City, said: at present, farmers generally do not have warehousing sites, and usually they sell harvested and undried grain to grain purchasing and marketing brokers. Because the purchase time of early rice in the market this year is relatively late, and the storage capacity of brokers is not large, the grain consumption purchased increases, and sometimes they can only be sold to small grain processing enterprises at low prices. At the beginning of the acquisition of supporting the market in recent years, there were fewer acquisition outlets, which made it inconvenient to sell grain, and sometimes a car could not be sold for three or five days.

Hu Wengge, a grain purchasing and marketing broker in Shitangpu Village, Chunhua Town, Changsha County, said that because the purchase point of stored grain is far away from the producing area, transportation costs have been increased, and sometimes the cost of selling grain has increased a lot because of queuing for several days. For example, farmers in the southern part of Changsha County will have to run more than 50 kilometers to sell grain this year, which has increased the cost greatly.

Yuan Hu, chairman of Longping Hi-Tech Xinkang Grain growing Professional Cooperative, reflected that some outlets still collect tea fees, unloading fees, and so on. In addition, there is still confusion in grain sales, such as the high-quality rice (Xiangzaoxian 45) encouraged by the agricultural department this year, but the grain depot did not harvest because of its long-grain type. It is hoped that in the whole process of grain production, the policies issued by various government departments will not be disjointed.

The person in charge of the grass-roots grain bureau believes that private enterprises engaged in grain collection and storage should be treated in the same way as state-owned enterprises. A relevant person in charge of the Hanshou County Grain Bureau said, for example, that Tianze Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. has a warehouse capacity of 100000 tons and handles grain processing of 300 tons per day, which is the largest private storage enterprise in Changde City. however, when purchasing grain, Tianze can only be used as a warehouse lease point for grain storage, not as an entrusted purchase point, causing inconvenience to local farmers in handing over and selling grain.

Local collection and storage enterprises also have difficulties. The person in charge of Hunan Grain Group believes that the current acquisition fee of 40 yuan per ton is too small. At present, miscellaneous cleaning fees, labor fees, and electricity charges are all rising, and the standard of storage fees should be raised. At present, on the one hand, the sales of Gao Cang full reserves are not smooth, and on the other hand, there are often seasonal grain shortages in the market. He hopes that the grain rotation policy will be closer to the market and be adjusted in time.
