If there are conditions for the construction of bricks, stone and cement, we can also use local materials to form a 1.6-meter-high circle wall with sticks, branches, firewood, bamboo poles, waste skins and other materials, leaving a door on the front or one side of the circle for easy management. the breeding area of each pair of roe deer should be more than 6 square meters, which is very good, which is beneficial to roe deer activities and promote its growth and development.

Sheds can be built of various tiles, or local materials can be used to build sheds of straw, wheat straw and weeds. The shed should be built in the north of the circle, and the eaves are more than 1.7 meters high to facilitate the entry and exit of breeders. The shed can be built according to 2 square meters of each pair of roe deer, for roe deer to enjoy the cool and regurgitate, feed and give birth.

Floor brick or coarse sand floor can be used. The sand floor is easy to clean and the rainy day is not muddy. The coarse sand ground allows the roe deer to come into direct contact with the earth, which is conducive to maintaining the natural quality of the roe deer. Do not lay the cement floor, because the cement ground is slippery and impervious, and the roe deer is easy to slip, which is not conducive to the activity of the roe deer. The ground should leave a certain slope and several water outlets to prevent stagnant water on rainy days.

If the scale of small circle feeding is larger, some small circles should be built for female roe deer to give birth and breastfeed, or male roe deer can be raised during estrus, the large circle can be temporarily divided into several small circles, and fixed small circles can also be built.

The trough can be made of wood, iron or cement, with a depth of 20 cm, and its size depends on the number of feeds. It is generally placed on one side of the shed to facilitate feeding, so as not to hinder the activity of roe deer.

Water poking roe deer drinking water is not fixed, generally better with rubber buckets, not afraid of collision, nor rust, not afraid of cold in winter, available in the four seasons.

Other equipment to raise roe deer on a large scale, if possible, can also purchase small feed grinders, hay cutters and other equipment.
