In our life, all things are mutually exclusive, everything has natural enemies, so bees are not other, it also has natural enemies, in the usual breeding process, how to avoid the damage of natural enemies?

How to deal with the natural enemies of bees in breeding bees

Ants often crawl near the hive, enter the hive through the hive gap or the hive door, feed on honey and pollen, attack bees and interfere with the normal activities of bees. The methods of prevention and control:

① destroys the ant nest: after finding the ant nest, drill four holes about 60 cm deep with wooden stakes or bamboo poles, pour kerosene, and then fill them with soil; you can also dig open the ant nest, spread quicklime, and then water or spray 5% Ling 10% sodium sulfite solution for prevention and control.

② cushion high beehive: hit a wooden stake in each corner of the beehive and apply asphalt or tung oil on the stake to repel ants.

③ mirex control: this medicine has a special effect on ants and is harmless to bees. When ants are found to be harmful to bees, spray 5g mirex on the ant road and ant body and let them return to the nest to poison the whole nest.

Insectivorous gadfly. Also known as fly dog, the body is yellow to black, sandwiched with white spots, body length 30 mm. Insectivorous gadflies are widely distributed in the field or in the wilderness, and often stay near the beehive, waiting for an opportunity to catch bees. When catching up with bees, they pounce on them, hold them in their arms, pierce their mouthparts into the thin film of their necks, suck their hemolymph and kill them. The method of manual beating can be used to prevent and control insectivorous gadflies.

Diamondback moth. Adults hide in the dark during the day and fly out at night in search of nectar or honey for food. Once they smell the honey in the colony, they sneak into the hive from the nest door to steal honey. When the hive door is too small to enter, it uses abdominal friction around the hive to alarm the colony or disturb the colony at the gap outside the hive. Diamondback moths have little effect on western honeybees. Once the diamondback moth swoops into the Chinese bee colony, it will cause the Chinese bee to abandon its nest and flee. The prevention and control method: 1000 times solution of crystal trichlorfon was added to the syrup and poured into the sponge carrier, put around the beehive at night, and recovered in the early morning of the next day; it can also be put into the container with honey and wine, and then covered with an iron gauze cage with a funnel-shaped opening above. On the same day, the moth entered the cage and drowned when it ate honey.

The prospect of raising bees

1. Honey: it is a kind of nutritious natural nourishing food, and it is also one of the most commonly used tonics. According to the analysis, it contains a variety of inorganic salts and vitamins, iron, calcium, copper, manganese, potassium, phosphorus and other organic acids and trace elements that are beneficial to human health. It is a commonly used tonic and has the laudatory name of "milk for the elderly". Royal jelly is an advanced nutrition, which can not only enhance the physique and prolong life, but also treat chronic diseases such as neurasthenia, anemia and gastric ulcers. Bee pollen is known as the "mini nutrition bank". After drying, it has different colors and can be eaten directly or soaked in cold water as a drink.

2. Beeswax and propolis: both are raw materials for light industry. Propolis, also known as "purple gold", produces less than gold in the world.

3. Bee venom: it has curative effect on rheumatism and neuritis. Clamp the worker bee with a clip, nail the patient's acupoint with its tail needle, and let the bee venom enter the body to achieve a certain therapeutic effect.

Equipment for breeding honeybees

1. Beehives: beehives, which we often call beehives, are places where bees perch, breed and store food. The beehive is composed of a large cover, a grass curtain, a covering cloth, an auxiliary cover, a nest spleen, a partition, a partition board, and so on. There are thousands of neatly arranged and connected hexagonal hives on both sides of the spleen.

2. Bee spleen: the spleen is fixed on a wooden frame, which is called a nest spleen. According to the number of honey, pollen and larvae on the nest spleen, they are called honey spleen, powder spleen and son spleen respectively. According to the age of the big boy spleen is divided into: egg spleen, worm spleen, lid spleen and empty spleen. The beehive with 10 frames of spleen is the most widely used standard beehive. The beehive can be expanded in time by stacking the relay box.

3. Bee path: the distance between each nest and spleen is called bee path.

4. The king board: the king board is used to separate the breeding area from the honey storage area, which is beneficial to the maturity and collection of honey and improve the production efficiency.

How to keep bees from running

1. Keep the beehive environment clean and hygienic, and deal with it in time if you find any nest worms.

2. Chinese bee likes the new spleen, so find a suitable time to clean up the old spleen that has been used for a long time.

3. When wax borer is found, it should be dealt with immediately, so as to ensure that the life of bees will not be affected.

4. When the hive is short of feed or when the bees breed in large numbers, some feed should be added appropriately.

5. When there are multiple kings in the hive, you can keep the strongest king and get rid of the rest.

I think many people dare not get close to them. We can often see the kind of beekeepers on TV. They are covered with bees and look very terrible. In fact, bees are not so terrible. As long as there are certain techniques and methods, bees can get along well with people.
