The wet curtain cooling system uses the principle of heat exchange to humidify and cool the air. The water is sent to the top of the wet curtain through the water supply system so that the surface of the wet curtain is wet. when the air passes through the wet curtain, the water is in full contact with the air, which reduces the temperature of the air and achieves the purpose of cooling. The temperature can be reduced by 5 to 8 ℃ in summer, and the higher the temperature is, the greater the cooling range is. With low investment and low energy consumption, it is called "cheap air conditioner". The air is fresh, the temperature is balanced and the humidity can be adjusted to the best condition. Wet curtain ventilation has the advantages of low investment and high benefit, which is especially suitable for aquaculture production.

Spray cooling system: the system is composed of various types of atomization nozzles and pressure pumps connected to the pipeline.

The spray cooling system is a very efficient evaporation system that sprays tiny droplets into the duck house through high-pressure nozzles. With the increase of humidity, the heat energy (solar light + duck body heat) is converted into evaporation energy, and the temperature drops to the desired value in a few minutes. As the water sprayed is absorbed by the air in the house, the ground remains dry all the time. This system can also be used for disinfection, thus improving the health of ducks. Because the system can reduce the temperature efficiently, the ventilation rate can be reduced to save energy. When the microenvironment in the house is required to be suitable and hygienic, it can be used throughout the year. The system has the characteristics of summer cooling, spray dedusting, continuous humidification, environmental disinfection and year-round control of fresh air.

The chiller has the advantages of good cooling effect, moist air purification, low pressure, large flow, low power consumption, low noise, fast refrigeration, stable operation, safety and reliability, low operation cost, simple operation and convenient maintenance.

Through the setting of relevant parameters, the information collection of different induction devices and the instruction feedback of the main controller, the integrated control of environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, lighting, ventilation, water supply, spray and so on is achieved.
