Matters needing attention in spring shrimp culture

First, separate cultivation at the right time. When the water temperature rises above 20 ℃, the green shrimp begins to molt, and the shrimp is prone to injury and disease. Do a good job of drying the pond before stocking, and use bleach, active iodine and other drugs to quickly disinfect the ponds with moss, green algae and cyanobacteria, spray the whole pond with copper sulfate once. The stocking amount per mu depends on the size of shrimp species, which is generally controlled at 10-20 kg.

Second, water quality management. The water level of shrimp species should not be too shallow after entering the pond, the water level should be kept above 60 cm, and fresh water should be added once every 7-10 days. The lean ponds are stocked with 200-400 kg of fermented organic fertilizer. If the pond water is more fertile, 5-7.5 kg of inorganic fertilizer per mu will be applied after the temperature rises. Appropriate transplanting of aquatic plants in the pond, accounting for about 30% of the total area, should be removed in time when there are too many.

Third, feed. Feed in time when the water temperature rises above 18 ℃. Starting with feeding once a day, it gradually transitioned to feeding once in the morning and once in the afternoon, feeding self-made mixed feed of rice bran, wheat bran, bean cake or full-price pellet feed for green shrimp, and adding animal feed such as miscellaneous fish and fish meal, accounting for 3-6% of the body weight of shrimp stored in the pond. Adjust the feeding amount in time according to the eating situation of shrimp every day.

Fourth, prevent diseases. In the middle of March, bleach and active iodine dissolved water were sprinkled once in the whole pool to prevent bacterial infection caused by bruising. When ciliosis occurs, first use "Xian Chong Jing" to kill parasites, and then use fungicides at intervals of 5-7 days.

Fifth, prevent floating head. Pay close attention to the changes in weather and water quality, do not use drugs blindly, pay attention to the frequent addition of new water, and do a good job in preventing floating heads. When the temperature rises, the shrimp ponds with high density should start the aerator at noon for 1-2 hours to increase the dissolved oxygen in the water and prevent the shrimp from dying due to anoxic floating head.
