Technological process of raising seedlings

Collection and storage of parent ginseng → artificial spawning and fertilization → fertilized egg hatching and larval selection → cultivation management (control of reasonable cultivation density, water exchange and water quality management, suitable bait and feeding, preparation and release of attachments) → juvenile ginseng cultivation.

Bait

The larvae should be fed immediately after they are selected into the pool. Feeding adequate and suitable diet is the premise of normal growth, development and smooth metamorphosis of larvae. The suitable diets are Dunaliella Salina, Dendrolimus Zhanjiang, Chaetoceros przewalskii, Phaeodactylum tricornutum, and rhomboid microcrescent. Better cultivation effect can be obtained by single or mixed feeding of the above-mentioned feed. However, the effect of mixed feeding of 2-3 kinds of bait is better, and the mixed feeding of 2-3 kinds of bait can make the nutrients complement each other and meet the nutritional needs of larvae. In the first 3 days, the feeding amount can be 15000-20000 cells / ml, and then 30000 cells / ml. If the bait is insufficient, the supernatant of yeast powder fed with 0.5ppm can be added. Although flat algae and heterocolloid algae have certain bait effect, it is not suitable to be used as bait for sea cucumber larvae. When the larval metamorphosis is a bottle larva, in order to make full use of the water body, increase the attachment area and change its feeding habits, suitable attachment equipment should be put in at this time. The attached equipment assembled by the corrugated plate was inoculated with benthic diatoms. about 10 days before use, the attached benthic diatoms should be brushed off, filtered repeatedly with N × 103 sieve silk, removed macroalgae and aging algae, and inoculated again, so that a thin layer of benthic diatoms was evenly attached to the plate for early consumption of juvenile ginseng.

Disease prevention and cure

In order to strengthen the reproduction of benthic diatoms, the light can be adjusted appropriately, but the light intensity should be controlled around 1000lux, the light is too strong and easy to grow green algae and trembling algae; weak aeration should be given during the culture period, copepods should be killed before attaching tablets into the pool every 7-10 days; in high water temperature period (above 20 ℃), 1-3ppm antibiotics should be injected alternately after changing water every day to prevent the occurrence of diseases.
