The air under the shade of trees is better, which is suitable for the survival and reproduction of earthworms, and the annual output of fresh earthworms is about 1 ton per mu of woodland. The relevant methods are introduced as follows:

1. Every two rows of trees lay an earthworm bed between the rows. The length of the earthworm bed depends on the length of the tree row, and the width should be about 40 cm from the tree. The ground between two rows of trees without an earthworm bed is used for the storage, fermentation, transportation or spreading of earthworm food, and the temporary storage and transportation of earthworm manure.

2. Dig a pit between the trees with a width of 0.5m and a depth of about 1m, and lay the excavated soil into a turtle back to make an earthworm bed, so that Rain Water can be discharged into the pit between trees when it rains, so that it can not submerge the earthworm bed and concentrate earthworm manure fertilizer and water for tree absorption and utilization. Its fertilizer effect is equivalent to the annual application of about 10 tons of livestock and poultry manure per mu of woodland, or 2 tons of crop straw or 150 kg of ternary compound fertilizer (taking cow manure as bait for example).

3. When collecting earthworm manure, transfer the manure into the pit for temporary storage, which can provide fertilizer effect for the tree during the temporary storage period. Earthworm manure is a neutral biological fertilizer, and contact with tree roots will not burn trees. After one month of earthworm manure storage, all the eggs have hatched into young worms, and the young worms can find the smell of cow dung residue and climb back to the earthworm bed to live. After that, earthworm dung can be dug out of the pit to be bagged or loaded and transported. The pit can be used to store earthworm manure again.
