Analysis on High efficiency fattening of Mallard Duck

Mallard duck is a new type of special duck species domesticated from wild water ducks in the United States. Wild duck meat has the nutritional characteristics of fresh and tender meat, delicious taste, high protein, low fat and low cholesterol. Guangzhou consumes 5 million pieces annually, Shanghai 4 million pieces, the whole country eats more than 200 million pieces every year, and 30 million wild ducks are exported to Japan and Europe every year, each with a price of 2030 yuan. First, the choice of ducklings. Healthy chicks with strong physique, bright eyes, lively posture, shiny villi, strong disease resistance and strong body struggle should be selected.

Second, the cultivation of ducklings. The duck house should be strictly disinfected and preheated one day in advance before entering the baby. Temperature: 33 ℃ on the first day of brooding, and then cool down 0  5 ℃ to de-temperature every day. Humidity: relative humidity 60% / 65%. Light: the ducklings were kept for 24 hours at the age of 1-3 days and 16 hours at the age of 4-14 days. Density: 07d 20kg / m2, 8m 14d 15m / m2, 15d 15m / m2, 22m / 30d 5w / m2. Drinking water: half an hour after the ducklings entered the brooding room, drink penicillin (2000 units / one) warm water, 20: 23 ℃ is appropriate. Drink warm boiled water in the first week and be clean and hygienic. Eating: ducklings can be eaten after drinking water for 2 hours. Steamed medium well's millet, chopped rice or full-price feed soaked in boiling water can be sprinkled on plastic sheeting to induce food. According to the habit of eating liquid food, wild ducks were fed 6 times a day for 1-2 weeks and 4 times a day after 2 weeks. Reference feed: 8 grams at 1 day old, 20 grams at 5 days old, 50 grams at 15 days old, 90 grams at 30 days old.

Third, the raising of ducklings during the fattening period. The fattening period of wild ducks is 31-70 days old. During this period, domestic ducks can be fed with special materials or self-made mixtures. The formula is 40% corn, 14% soybean meal, 14% peanut meal, 22.8% wheat, sorghum and barley, 18% bran, 4% fish meal, 1% bone meal, 0.2% salt, plus poultry multivitamins and trace elements (as described), and an appropriate amount of green feed, fed 3 times a day for 4 times, and free drinking water. At the age of 50 days, the level of energy feed should be improved and fattening should be carried out to make it gain weight and accumulate fat in a short period of time. Generally, the 70-day-old weight can reach 1.2 to 1.5 kilograms, which can be sold on the market.

Fourth, disease prevention and treatment. At the age of 7 days, the mice were immunized with duck plague virus hepatitis vaccine for the first time, and after 7 days, they were immunized for the second time every 7 days, and at the age of 20 days, the duck plague vaccine was used for the first time and the second time after 30 days.
