Last Updated: 2024/11/05, 1. Maggot breeding tools can be used to cultivate maggots according to actual needs, such as plates, tanks, ponds and so on. The cultivation plate can be made of plastic or bamboo into a square, the height of the plate is about 20 cm, and its size is convenient for management. the cultivation cylinder is usually a shallow tile cylinder with a caliber of more than 60 cm.

1, fly larvae breeding tools can be used according to actual needs of the plate, tank, pond and other breeding. The cultivation tray can be made of plastic or bamboo into a square, the height of the tray is about 20 cm, and the size is subject to convenient management; the cultivation tank is a general shallow bottom tile tank with a diameter of more than 60 cm; large-scale cultivation can be built into a cement pool, which is 30 cm deep, 2 m long and 1 m wide, and a plurality of pools are connected into rows.

2. Before laying eggs, spread a layer of feed with a thickness of 5 cm in the culture container, then spread the fly eggs together with the ovipositing material evenly on the feed surface, and then cover the feed with a thickness of 1~2 cm to moisturize, so as to facilitate the incubation of eggs. The egg quantity is about 4 grams per 10 kilograms of feed, which can produce 1 kilogram of maggots. Cover the eggs with a nylon gauze cover. Cultivation tray culture can be placed on the shelf for three-dimensional culture. The larvae hatch on the same day when the temperature is above 20℃. 3, daily management of maggot breeding room to hang black curtains and curtains, to prevent sunlight, indoor light is weak, temperature regulation between 25~35℃, when the temperature exceeds 36℃ to ventilate cooling; feed humidity control between 65%~70%. During the breeding process, larvae continue to feed, feces and feed will gradually become loose, odor will be reduced, water content will be reduced, and volume will be greatly reduced. Fresh feed should be supplemented in time to prevent larvae from climbing out of the breeding container when feed is insufficient. 4, the collection of maggots generally after 4 to 5 days of cultivation, maggots become yellow to collect and use in time. The method comprises the following steps of: collecting fly maggots by utilizing the characteristics that the fly maggots are afraid of light; and placing the feed together with the fly maggots on a fly maggots separation box for separation. Or in the daytime natural light with dung rake constantly scraping maggot breeding pond surface feed, maggots will drill in, then remove the surface feed. This method is repeated many times, and finally a small amount of feed and a large number of maggots are left, and then separated by a sieve with 16 mesh aperture, that is, relatively clean maggots are obtained. The flies are washed and then disinfected with a solution containing 20 grams of potassium permanganate per cubic meter of water before being fed directly to the catfish. 5. Fecal material treatment after maggot breeding

After separating maggots, there are often a small amount of maggots left in the feces. If the feces are directly thrown into the environment, maggots will emerge and pollute the environment. Therefore, it is necessary to properly handle the feces after breeding maggots. Method 1: the manure is directly put into the fish culture pond as pond fertilizer, in which the maggots are bait; method 2: a layer of lime powder can be removed on the surface of the manure to kill the maggots, and can be applied to farmland after a few days.
