The peak period of fish disease is from June to September. Fulminant fish disease of crucian carp hemorrhagic type often occurs in adult fish ponds, which endangers silver carp, bighead carp and blunt snout bream, which brings heavy losses to farmers. In general, the effect of routine medication is not good. After years of repeated observation and treatment, researchers have explored some new methods and experiences as follows for reference. (1) every 100 kg fish with 20 grams of furazolidone or oxytetracycline bait for 3 days as a course of treatment. (2) 0.5ppm strong chloride sprinkled on the whole pool. (3) mixed treatment: on the first day, each cubic meter of water was sprinkled in the whole pool with 0.5 grams of chlorpromazine, and stopped eating for 1 day; from the second day on, each kilogram of concentrate feed was fed with 8 grams of chlorpromazine, 4 grams of oxytetracycline, 5 grams of oxytetracycline and 100 grams of salt, mashed and mixed with water, once a day for 3 days. (4) Comprehensive treatment: for every 667 square meters of water with a depth of 1 meter, 2 kg of tobacco leaf, 14 ml of enemy kill, 333 grams of copper sulfate and 270 grams of Banlangen (dry) were used. Usage: first put the tobacco leaves in a large iron pot to boil, wait for 2 hours, sprinkle the whole pool. Then the enemy is killed and poured into a wooden basin, diluted with water and sprinkled throughout the pool. In the morning of the second day, pour the Banlangen decoction into a wooden basin and add water to dilute it, then sprinkle it in the whole pool. Then dilute the copper sulfate and sprinkle it all over the pool. The diseased fish recovered after 4 days.

Note: (1) the above therapy is for reference only, the curative effect should be verified before formal promotion, and technicians should be asked to deal with a large number of fish diseases before verification. (2) if the fish has parasites, the parasites must first be killed with drugs, and then treated in accordance with the above methods. (3) after medication, do not immediately pull the net or buckle the water, so as to avoid injury to the fish and accelerate the infection.
