Nowadays, many professional chicken farmers and chicken farms purchase vaccines from manufacturers or veterinary departments to vaccinate chickens against epidemic, which should be promoted and vigorously promoted. However, many farmers or chicken farms mistakenly believe that vaccines should be preserved in a low temperature environment during the transportation and preservation of vaccines, and the lower the temperature, the better. Therefore, it is not entirely correct for them to keep all vaccines in ice bottles or refrigerators below zero (frozen), regardless of the type of vaccine. Because there are a variety of chicken vaccines, for example, the commonly used vaccines are Newcastle disease I vaccine, chicken Newcastle disease II attenuated vaccine, chicken Newcastle disease III vaccine and so on; the commonly used vaccines are aluminum hydroxide vaccine, infectious rhinitis vaccine, E. coli vaccine and so on. These different vaccines have different temperature requirements during transportation and storage. The first three vaccines are live attenuated vaccines. Be sure to keep them at zero (freezing) low temperature to avoid high temperature and sunlight, otherwise they will fail. However, the latter three vaccines, such as aluminum hydroxide vaccine of avian cholera, will not work at zero (freezing) low temperature, and their most suitable preservation temperature is 2 ℃ to 14 ℃. If the temperature is too high, it will shorten the shelf life, but can not freeze, after freezing can destroy its performance, lose immune characteristics. Therefore, the temperature of transporting and storing different chicken vaccines should be different and should be stored according to the temperature requirements of the vaccine.
